By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Peppercrushing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Peppercrushing is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.

Payment must be made using a valid payment method. You authorize Peppercrushing to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due. If your payment method fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.

In no event shall Peppercrushing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
